As the video for her new Spanish language single, Chantaje (which means “Blackmail”), starts off, the 39-year-old artist tries to trick viewers by donning a bright candy-floss pink wig, but quickly takes it off along with her top. In the video, Shakira is seen wearing bondage-style straps on her legs and flaunting her impressive abs. The video also features some strange scenes, such as Shakira walking a pig on a leash and lounging on a studded black leather sofa while water is poured all over her in a mermaid-like fashion.
In the music video shot in Barcelona, Shakira showcases her natural beauty and charm, living with her Spanish footballer partner Gerard Pique and their two kids. Although the plot of the video is not well-defined, it has captured the attention of many fans. It has more than 10 million views on YouTube since its launch on November 18th. Shakira’s fans have expressed their admiration for her stunning appearance in the video through Twitter.
